Do I get the same car that I chose on the website ?
Yes, the same car will be delivered that can be verified by the chassis number.

Will the vehicle to be imported be certified according to the personalized requirements of my country ?
If your country requires export control (JEVIC / JAAI/QIFJ INSPECTION. ETC) due to import regulations, buyer must imply the type of inspection and requirement before export.

Auction process.

How does buying a car at auction work ?
Once we have been given the details of your desired car, you will be asked to pay the first deposit. Once payment is received, our team will look for the vehicle that meets the requested specifications. We will bid and win the auction car after approval.

What is an auction valuation system ?
All vehicles sold at auction receive an overall rating from independent auction engineers who rate them. These ratings can range from 0 to 9, but most auctions only use 0 to 5. The rating is shown in the upper left or right corner of the auction sheet.

Does your team inspect the cars before bidding ?
Yes, the car is fully checked by a specialist and as soon as it is satisfied, the offer for the selected vehicle is submitted.

Will I get complete information about the vehicle I am buying ?
Yes, our customer service team will provide you with detailed vehicle information along with the translated auction sheet.

Storage process.

How often is the inventory on the AHM website updated ?
Our inventory is updated daily.

How is the vehicle purchased in stock ?

Does the information include the year of manufacture of the vehicle ?
Yes, if the information on the manufactured vehicle is available, the year of manufacture will be given. However, we cannot guarantee that this information will be available for all vehicles as the year of manufacture is provided by a third party.

If a car is not in stock, can it still be ordered ?
If the car you want is out of stock, our customer service representatives will do their best to provide you with the most suitable car for your needs.

Payment and shipping.

When will the car be shipped ?
The car will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation of payment for the first payment or full payment, depending on your payment terms.

When will the documents be sent ?
The documents will be sent as soon as we have received full payment.

Which documents are sent ?
The following documents are sent to the customer:
• Japanese export certificate
• Translation of the export certificate
• Inspection certificate (if required)
• Waybill
• Invoice

How can I send the car to my country ?
We offer shipping by container and RoRo shipping.

What is the payment method ?
We accept payments by bank transfer. This provides an official written record of the payment process for both the buyer and the seller.

What are the possible payment terms for my car ?
You can choose to make full or partial payment, depending on the terms and conditions you agreed to before purchasing.

Which currencies are accepted for payment ?
We accept Japanese yen and US dollars.
